MethDB HELP TOPIC: search for total methylation content

Purpose of the search form:

The form allows for searching in environmental conditions that the sample was exposed to and that can influence the DNA methylation state.

Instructions for use:

In the single search field you can enter a search term that might appear in the description of the environment (e.g. folic acid, diet).
An error message will also appear if your search did not find a matching record. In this case you should broaden the search criteria.
