Converting CENSOR, TEclass and TR finder output to tab-delimited text files

For CENSOR:

• censor2txt.pl -f input html-file -o output text-file

For TEclass:

• TEclass2txt.pl -f input html-file -o output text-file

For TandemrepeatFinder:

• TRfinder2txt.pl -f input html-file -o output text-file
