fetal calf serum	57 ml	10 %
l-glutamine (200 mM)	10 ml	3.5 mM
penicilline/(dihydro-)streptomycine (10 000 IU / 10 000 µg) / ml	5.9 ml	(100 IU / 100 µg) /ml

• store compounds at -20°C
• transfer sterile compounds directly into the DMEM bottle with filtration
• store the prepared medium at 4°C
• l-glutamine must be added once a week to compensate for its degradation
