My family is suffering from a disease that is associated with irregularities in the size and shape of the red blood cells. We all have normal serum levels of B12, folic acid and homocysteine. However, we noted that by taking "Methylguard" which contains Methylcobalamin, folinic acid, P5P and TMG we began to recover and the blood picture improved. I conclude that our disease must be associated with an error in the C1 metabolism.
I am in close contact with my GP and medical specialist, but I would also like to get into touch with researchers who are interested in investigating our case with the goal of finally find a suitable treatment or a cure for me and my children..
Please send me an e-mail if you are interested in our case, if you have observed or experienced a similar disease or if you know somebody who might be of help. Your input is very much appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance - Kerrie Tout.
